Tom fuses his unique portfolio of executive, board, marketing and philanthropic experience for the benefit of Kinetic clients.  He brings more than 40 years of executive experience, including roles as CEO, president and CMO of well-known public and private companies and their subsidiaries.  He also has chaired large and complex nonprofit organizations, spearheading capital campaigns and other development activities.

Jan enjoys taking on new challenges and using her creative, adaptive skills to support clients. Along with over 42 years fundraising experience, she leverages a strong work ethic and exceptional interpersonal skills to assist nonprofits with donor acquisition prospect research, corporate and foundation fundraising, endowment giving and high-level grantmaking.

Aaron Johnson

Aaron has an extensive background and decades of experience managing and implementing all aspects of philanthropy including integrated plans for regular giving, capital campaigns and special events for major donors. As Director of Pacesetters at Lifepoint Church, he helped increase the annual operating budget to $5 million while securing support to build three additional campuses and renovate the non-profit organization’s broadcast campus.
