Executive Vice President

Jon brings decades of nonprofit experience to Kinetic. At MidAmerica Nazarene University, he serves as vice president for university advancement and executive director of the foundation. He is successfully leading the university’s largest-ever campaign with the goal of securing $80 million to support new academic initiatives, capital projects, scholarships and endowment support.

He began his career at Heart to Heart International, where he became CEO after proving his ability to successfully manage all aspects of the organization. Under his strategic and skilled leadership, Jon secured ongoing support from dozens of Fortune 500 companies, helped the organization become the number one international crisis response partner for FedEx and elevated the organization’s national reputation. Jon received his doctorate in education from Olivet Nazarene University.
